Roles and responsibilities :
– Lead a team of sales agents and executive
– Regularly evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and plan training to improve performance and achieve desired results
– Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
– Train business associates and advisors
– Training and development of agents.
– Insurance sector
Candidates Requirement :
Qualification : Any Graduation degree
– Previous work experience in Sales and Marketing in any sectors
– Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work under pressure
– Strong customer service skills
Notice period : Immediate / 15 Days
