About the Post: The Centre Manager – Citizen Engagement is a position to plan and execute partnerships and engagement avenues with Corporates, Commercial Establishments, NGOs, CSR Foundation, Transport Unions, Government Departments & Academic Institutions (Universities & Colleges). This is a collaboration effort to push for a short behavioral change workshop (Including the Online Course) on Road Safety for the target audience which will create a sustainable social impact at scale.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Manage the Centre (70%)
§ Set up the Driver Sensitization Tab – Lab in the designated Regional Transport Office/Vehicle Testing facility
§ Travel extensively in their geographical region to partner with relevant organizations and coordinate with their POCs to schedule & organize the short behavioral change workshop (Including the Online Course) on Anti-Drink & Driving.
§ Liason with the SPOC of the designated Regional Transport Office/Vehicle Testing facility for seamlessly conducting the Workshops and maintain good relations for long term partnerships
§ Nudge and mobilize the drivers to take part in the Behavioural Change Workshop and Organize them in batches
§ Ensure all the Tablet devices are well functioned and maintained properly
§ Ensuring the completion of online course by the target audience while engaging with them.
Engagement and facilitation (20%)
§ Facilitate the workshop with the Partnership organizations.
§ Create project related content for training and facilitation
§ Design assessments and learner’s feedback
Project management (10%)
§ Ensure delivery of projects deliverables on time and in exemplary quality.
§ Manage and monitor team members in the Project
§ Manage large databases and records of project focal points for better coordination and implementation.
§ Performs other duties as assigned by the senior team members.
Mandatory requirements:
· The applicant should be fluent in Hindi/respective State Regional language with Written, Spoken and Reading ability
· The applicant should have prior experience in Social Development projects or in relevant settings such as Teaching/Counselling

Salary: ₹260,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
