Sales Executive
What will you be doing?
● Meeting and Counselling 18+ Years undergrad candidates
● Helping them plan their academic and career path and making them understand how WE can
Catalyse their career.
● Carrying weekly enrolment / revenue and collection target.
● Owning the complete sales closing life cycle : visiting/meeting various candidates ,generating leads, product demonstration, follow ups , closing, and post sales relationship management.
● Maintaining Daily Report with complete Lead details.
● Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
What are we looking for?
● Individual with outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
● Experience in Skill Development sector/Financial Product sales will be appreciated
● Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
● Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel) is preferable.
What are your deliverables / KPI’s?
● Minimum 5 enrolments per month
● Minimum 1 enrolment per week
● Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved.
Experience : 2+ years of experience in Financial and/or EdTech Sales
Education Qualification: Graduate
Age : 22-30 Yrs
Location : Dhanbad / Ranchi / Jamshedpur / Hazaribagh / Patna
Remuneration :
● 1.5 – 2.5 LPA with PF/Mediclaim facility
