Responsibilities Will be overall responsible & accountable for the Project operations in 13 Nodes in 5 states and the Hub in Ranchi/Bihar/Uttarpradesh.
- Ensure 100% staff availability for smooth operations.
- Attendance and Leave management of the staff
- Responsible for On time uploading of reports.
- Field visits – at least each node to be visited once a month.
- Stakeholder management
- Liasoning with government bodies, Health departments for sharing performance metrics / reports in all the 13 TMC locations
- Will enquire about the No. of Beneficiary count, referral etc. and will try to motivate them to increase the respective counts.
- Coordinate with PHC MOs and other PHC staff for smooth operations of the TeleMed Node.
- Ensure all the necessary equipment’s both medical and non-medical like Height Chart, weighing machines, Laptop, webcam etc. are available and in working condition at the Nodes.
- Managing Client field visits
- Ensure no zero Stock out on all service and operational consumables
- Coordinating with IT executive in case of IT issues.
- Assisting reporting Manager in ensuring 100% smooth operations in the district.
- Ensure submission of bills pertaining to the project as per the timelines specified.
- ensure smooth day to day operation of the HUB and the nodes
- Visit to the Nodes locations and conduct audits to ensure expected quality of services delivered
- Ensuring SLAs on time, efficiency in resource mobilization, response times, stake holder engagement, brand building, leading to better customer satisfaction
- Responsible for identifying and conducting training for the staffs.
- Liasioning with government health department, Client at the local level and other such stakeholders
- Collating service quality performance feedback from beneficiaries, village panchayats etc.
- ensure regular reporting on time
