- To handle complete B2B, Lighting Trade Accounts Sales, PAN India
· Managing & reviewing a set of dedicated teams & ensuring implementation of action plans through them to improve performance in respective zones.
· Plan and achieve annual budget & collection, ROD plan deployed for the branch
· Taking process improvement initiatives around the sales process, distribution, and branch operations
· Lead end-to-end sales funnel activities for the allocated region in Retail and B2B segment for the entire product portfolio of Acton Systems
· Deliver on sales performance and monthly/quarterly/annual targets identified for the team in joint collaboration with on field sales teams

- Conversion of leads, enquiries, product-specified projects to sales.
- Conduct market research and share insights with management on customer needs and business trends in respective product domains
- Driving the entire gamut of Electricals & Lighting business through Dealers and assist them in driving the business.
Desired Candidate Profile-
· 5-8 Year Experience LED Lighting.
· Degree or PG Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
· Experience of LED Lighting
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
