- Execute divisional sales strategies for own territory and support increasing its profitability
- Utilize and acquire knowledge of competition in the market and be aware of the need for our solutions in the designated territory
- Expand and maintain constant customer interactions thru Customer seminar, trainings, conferences, product demonstration etc.
- Formulate the action plan for the development of customer and market
- Support new product launches within appointed area
- Supervise and initiate existing and new channels of distribution
- Acquire better price and obtain price increase from customers
- Develop and Manage a robust distribution channel
- Increase the sales of new products with the support of latest marketing campaigns
- Accurate reporting of sales data
- Effective Management of receivables within the designated area
- Clear understanding of commercial terms
- Maintain proactive relationship with customers with the help of Walk the Line to result in transformations
- Maintain a good rapport with the team while accomplishing marketing plans and activities
- Ability to demonstrate the product / features through demonstrations
Experience:
- A 2-4 years of experience in Industrial sales of technically advanced products.
- A good business insight and a proven track record of leading, coordinating and completing various successful sales projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of our products would be preferred.
Education:
- You hold a Bachelor degree of Engineering (any Stream)
- We also consider Engineering with a Master in Business Administration
