Job Description for Project Coordinator:

We are looking for experienced personnel in the role of Project Coordinator. An ideal candidate should be ready to work in high pressure and challenging environment and be able to coordinate with different stakeholders of projects. The candidate should be conversant in analyzing Critical Paths, Delay & Time Impact, have flair for Financial & Commercials aspects of construction projects and shall be well equipped to establish and maintain cost breakdown structure for budgets along with other parameters for complete project scope based upon approved estimates/timelines. Prior experience in Project Execution with knowledge of Estimation & Rate Analysis would be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

· Engineering degree in BE/ B. Tech- Civil with 8+ years of experience

· Candidates with Post Graduate Certification from NICMAR would have an advantage

· Strong organizational skills and should be able to tackle critical situations.

· Proficient in English and Hindi languages

· Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD and good knowledge of MS Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
