A Japanese Multinational working in Education Sector needs Business Development Manager /Officer for its RANCHI branch.

Professional experience –

Arranging meeting with principals of schools, colleges or equivalent institutions

• Willing to do walk-ins to schools/Colleges and Universities for arrangement of meetings with respective institutions in Delhi(Priority) and in PAN India as per requirements
• Actively seeking out new opportunities to increase students through cold calling, networking and social media
• A promising database or reference with schools or colleges is preferable
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations in schools
• Create a weekly report of the sales and provide suggestions for the betterment.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
• Willing to travel PAN India for business meetings or events or as per company requirements
• Willing to relocate to PAN India when required on temporary basis
• Work location is Delhi which is a work from home job at present but the candidate is required to be physically present in Delhi and not to move out of Delhi without permission.
• Daily coordination with the team members
• Virtual meeting with the team on alternate days
• Research and analyse more options for sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with client

Requirements and Skills –

MBA, PGDM, GraduatePost Graduate

• Proven experience as a BDM in the education field.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in google workplace.
• Experience in online meetings and presentations is a must
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Knowledge of Japanese culture and language is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
