POST: Course Planning & Tracking In-charge

WORK LOCATION: Patna, Bhagalpur, Bokaro.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· One has to keep a record of the course, going in the institution, follow procedures and work instructions as applicable.

· Making micro-schedule for the current academic session

· To monitor and ensure the time-table whether classes are being scheduled as per the micro-schedule

· To monitor and ensure proper management of adjustment classes

· Maintaining a record of all adjusted classes for the present week in order to carry it forward to the next week

· Ensure completion of syllabus in an efficient manner in all the batches

· Assist if & when required with other work related to Academic Operation

· Maintaining productivity and quality standards.

QUALIFICATION: Minimum qualification required is Graduation (B-Tech degree will be more preferred).

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

· Young, Energetic and Fast Learner.

· Excellent communication & convincing skills.

• Minimum experience of 2 years of handling ground level operational work.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, V-lookup, etc is mandatory.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
