Position: Customer Relations Manager
Job Location: RANCHI
CTC: – Negotiable
Experience: 3_ to 6 years_
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects (distributors and retailers)
- Maintains relationships with channel partner by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining alert on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training and establishing personal networks
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Reports market gaps and quality issues to Management for improvement in product quality
