Job Description
Oversee construction projects from beginning to endManage the budget and estimate costsDetermine the necessary equipment materials and manpower neededEnsure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedulePrepare reports regarding the job status Plan construction operationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesEvaluate risksTrain and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the projectCollaborate with subcontractors engineers architects and key team members of the project teamNegotiate with external vendors on contract agreementsObtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sitesEnsure all deadlines are metAllocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projectsKeep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularlyHandle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a projectConduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standardsNOTE Apply only if you have Road Construction Experience Job Types Full-time Regular PermanentSalary 20 000 00 – 25 000 00 per monthSchedule Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay Performance bonusEducation Bachelor s Required Experience total work 4 years Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Required
