JD FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
WORK FROM HOME
- Prospects for new customers through existing leads, referrals, cold calling etc. and Maximizing lead generation
- Building positive relationships with distributors/dealers/retailers
- Assisting with generating new business through teams
- Identifying opportunities for greater profits
- Achieves ascribed monthly sales target
- Informs distributors of new products or product enhancements to relationship and enhance customer value
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with distributors/dealers/retailers, and maintains high level of customer service
- Cross-sells secured assets offered by the company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or distributor service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field or MBA in marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
