We are searching for an Engaged Telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to Current & Possible Clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals’ information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. He/She should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups.
To be successful as a telecaller, He/She should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients’ feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
Job Description
Should Attend Inbound & Outbound Calls , Contact New Client & Provide appropriate information about Our Services.
Respond to E-mails, Phone Calls & Other Forms of Communication.
Followup with New & Existing Clients to inform them about Our Services and Recent Updates, Handling Client related queries and issues.
Understand the needs of the Prospects & Guide them accordingly.
Communicate Customer Details & Schedules to Sales team for further Demo /Closing.
Maintain & Update Database in Excel in a clear format.
Gain Quick Knowledge of Our Products provided by the Principal Company.
Record All Successful & Unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Attend Regular team meetings to clarify progress & Performance-Related Expectations.
Manage Back End Office
