For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd
Should possess good knowledge in IT hardware, printers, and networking
Should be ready for inter/intra State travel on short notice to attend the
calls
Should plan and attend Installation, breakdown & Preventive
maintenance calls within TAT and give the real-time updates to MCT
backend team.
Should do the root cause analysis for all service calls and update the
details to HD team and record the same.
Maintain good rapport with clients and vendors.
Coordinate with HD team, FM resource, Bank and other vendors to get
the task completed on time
Submit the report (eg. installation, PM, Service ) soft copies and
hardcopies to MCT backend team on time with proper tracking ID of the
consignment.
Mange vendor engineers in his territory and support them to resolve the
issues within TAT
Submit the travel claims within time with all the supporting documents
attested.
Responsible for consumable selling & payment collection
