Job Brief:
· Responsible for coordinating, planning, and ensuring implementation of all trainings in the region.
- Ensure adherence to training Quality Assurance standards in the region.
- Plan effective budgets for training at region.
Responsibilities:
· Capacity Building of various stakeholders.
· Identification of training institutions in consultation with Regional Admin team.
· Preparation of training materials, modules and kits.
· Development of a training calendar and assessment of training covering all key staff of the programme implementation team.
· Evaluate quality of training and grading of participants for further training based on an evaluation system to be developed.
· Periodic evaluation of effectiveness of these programmes.
· Identification of technical and management resource persons/consultants for programme.
· Implementation support.
Desired Competencies:
· Good Written / Verbal knowledge of English / Local language.
· Training management skills.
· Familiar with Participatory training methodology.
· Event management skills.
· Good Coordination and liasioning skills.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in computers.
Qualification & Experience:
· Masters degree in Management / Social Work / any other Social Sciences / Physical Education /
Sports.
· 3 – 5 years of experience in conducting training / workshops development programs with at
least 2-3 years in training related functions.
· Conceptualizing and designing content.
· Familiar with social issues like child rights, gender discrimination, education, among others.
