Qualification

Graduate in Social Science (PGDRD, MSW, PG in Social Science viz. Sociology, environment safety etc.) & equivalent.

Expected travel

Candidate is expected to travel to remote field areas for verified TB patient and provide the mental health counselling to the TB patient

Competencies

i. Communicating with the grass-root level stakeholders – ANM, Sahiya, AWW, SHGs/Federations, etc.

ii. Understanding of the local dialect, customs and practices.

iii. Able to report / document on-going activities.

iv. Ability to work independently.

Experience

a. Prior experience of working in rural setup in district & state level or,

b. Experience in working with Govt system or,

c. Experience in working in SHG & disease control unit or,

d. Experience in any body & project of CINI

Job Description

• 1. Track the patient of TB for delivery the nutrition basket and ensure to deliver the package to every patients.
• l Keep patient wise record and track the services provided to them through their unique ids
• l Ensuring counselling for TB patients, Identifying the health issues if any and ensure appropriate referrals.
• l Ensuring for safe mechanism for stocking of supplies for TB patients.
• l Ensuring day-to day reporting through application Kobocollect provided by organization.
• l Manage day-to-day nutrition basket delivery, ensured for proof by tracking IDs

Cost to Organization

INR 20,000/- per month
