Operations Manager with a rapidly growing Ecommerce Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company have registered office in Mumbai and Manufacturing Unit in Asansol. The Company is actively involved in both B2B and B2C businesses acting as a one stop solution for all Healthcare needs viz Medicine, Doctors’ Consultation, Diagnostic tests.

Job Location : Ranchi

Role : Oversee, direct and control Pharma operations
 Liaise and consult with administrative heads to set goals and standards of performance for various
healthcare centre areas.
 Monitor and ensure operational targets are met by the departments Ensure qualities of service given are equivalent to set standards. Responsible for providing adequate support and resources to ensure trouble-free operations of patient care areas .

Education and Training Requirements

A bachelor’s degree hospital management or a related field is needed for an operations manager along with 5 to 6 years of experience in Ecommerce based Pharma Industry .
