We are looking to hire customer support executives to answer incoming calls and help us in software implementation and training. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Generate leads through phone calls and internet search.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to schools in implementing our services.
  • Give software demos and presentations.
  • Handle software implementation and training.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within required guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate who has IT background with good technical skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Professional approach in answering calls.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present a relevant solution.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
  • Should be willing to travel as per requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
