We are looking to hire customer support executives to answer incoming calls and help us in software implementation and training. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries.
- Generate leads through phone calls and internet search.
- Provide onsite and remote support to schools in implementing our services.
- Give software demos and presentations.
- Handle software implementation and training.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within required guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Any Graduate who has IT background with good technical skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Professional approach in answering calls.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present a relevant solution.
- Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to travel as per requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
