Experience

Minimum Graduate with 8-12 years of FMCG field sales experience, specializing in cosmetics. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in team management including SO, SR, SI, etc.

CTC Package

4.5 – 5 LPA, can stretch to 6LPA (incentive will be exclusive)

Travel Required

Yes, open to travel minimum 20 days in the month.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for driving volumes, distribution targets and people objectives in the assigned territory.

· Managing wholesalers/SRO/large traders Distributor Appointment and Management and Credit Management.

· Ensure physical availability of fresh stocks in the assigned territory.

· Recruit, coach, and retain DSMs/SR/SO.

Desired Candidate

· Should have recent Team handling exp of SO, appointing distributors, forecasting sales and able to handle entire territory.

· Candidate from Beauty & Cosmetics industry would be an ideal match.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
