KEY RESULT AREAS
Responsible for driving branch sales numbers across all product categories through General trade. Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales Understand the value drivers of the business and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and market share. Manage healthy relationship with channel partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Setting sales targets for the team and individual representatives. Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives, identifying new customer opportunities. Contributing and achieving branch sales targets with a focus on identification and development of new accounts and opportunities. Initiate market activities to grow sales & explore new markets/avenues. Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets. Responsible for developing and servicing the Dealer/Distributor channel to promote the brand and increase the branch sales volume for distribution and projects. Involved in client management and Relationship building with the channel partners for business generation, penetration and support. Expanding dealers and sub-dealer network.
