We have urgent opening for our reputed MNC Battary Company for Muzaffarpur location

Job Locations : – Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Job Description:

• Garage scouting & activation
• Identify new influencers in assigned territory suitable for enrolment on program
• Onboard garages through clear communication of value proposition – explain about program structure and benefits, app usage
• Coordinate and ensure deployment of BTL merchandise in garages
• Drive on-ground relationship with influencer to boost tertiary sales
• Enhance influencers engagement & drive brand advocacy
• Seek influencer feedback & address concerns
• Assisting in Secondary sales through allotted Retail outlets
• Maintain regular communication with all the TSI and ASM

Additional information:

• Salary range: 20K – 25K Gross
• Travel Allowance
• Incentives will depend on your performance

Requirements

• Only Male Candidates
• Experience: Min. 1 – 4 yrs in channel sales
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma Holder / Graduate
• Two Wheeler With Driving License (Lerner is also considarable)
• Past experience in sales with Electrical , Paint , Cement , Pump, Battery companies (Exide, Amaron, Luminous), Auto Lubricants companies (Castrol, Shell), auto spare parts companies (Bosch, Minda, Motherson Sumi), tyre companies (MRF, Apollo, JK Tyre, CEAT) is preferred

• Interview with ASM
• Interview with RSM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
