Job Role:
- Relationship management with aggregators across different levels from top management to middle management
- Strategize, manage and drive online aggregator partnerships for month on month target achievement
- Identifying and acquiring potential new aggregators
- Manage Direct Sales Team, Credit underwriters and call center – across different functions on a daily basis to meet the business goals & improve data point to disbursal funnel conversion
- To conceptualize and execute contests to motivate the partners
- Plan annual engagement calendars with aggregators aligned with business priorities
- Sales Planning and Day to day Operations for the Aggregator Platforms.
- Liaison with other internal cross functional stakeholders like Marketing, IT, digital/ BSG, to drive agreed initiatives to build scale
- Work with partners to design and execute joint PA/PQ programs resulting in 3X growth
Job Requiremetnts
- Qualification – Graduate from a recognized University – with 6 to 8 years of experience of handling web aggregator business. preferably in banking or insurance.
- Job Knowledge–Understanding of personal loans will be an added advantage;
