Description of work in BALIC:

• Responsible for business assignment completion (10% Sales + 90% Team building, leading process drives), and lead conversion to products.

• Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.

• Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads from local territory. Ensure adherence to end-to-end business processes within the specified timelines.

• Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring the quality of business.

• Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and control the instances of adverse customer experience. Skill & Knowledge:

• Should be presentable with good communication skills. * Should be good at relationship building/management.

• Should have excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.

• Should have an understanding of Insurance and related financial market products.

• Ability to work effectively in a highly demanding and competitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹19,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
