Objective of IDTR is to
promote road safety & safe driving
through quality training and carry out road safety research activities.
IDTRs have scientifically designed test tracks, driving simulators and a well-defined curriculum to conduct learner, refresher, and evaluation courses for both new & experienced drivers
Currently MSIL is managing 8 nos IDTRs across India. MSIL role is to manage the operations in a self-sustainable mode with compliance & controls for which one person represents IDTR as unit head at respective location.
His job comprises of running IDTR financially sustainable model, liaison with Transport Dept. of respective state and managing controls & compliance.

Head IDTR
Level : MGR/SMGR
Qualification : B.Tech/MBA
Experience : 8-14 years
Automobile Industry preferred
Business development
: To understand business acumen, expand business operations resulting in revenue generations. Managing of operations of the driving institute.
Relationship management
with all stake holders especially Govt. agencies and , industry associations and increasing driving training and related activities.
Vendor Management & Vendor Development
: Identification / Monitoring of vendors for day to day activities as well as special projects
Team Management:
HR related operations and compliances.
Financial Planning & Controls –
Knowledge of financials controls and compliances, P&L review, Financial planning and sustainability of operations. Ensure all requisite legal and statutory compliances
Review and Monitoring of Training Content
Competencies:
Business administrator having confidence to run a project.
Knowledge of Financial controls & compliances.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Command over communication & presentation skills, writing to Govt.
Should be able to lead the team.
