Job Summary:

1 To manage and run Employee Life Cycle Processes across all levels of the
organization

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Induction Process
  • Awards & Rewards
  • Training and Development
  • Exit and Retention

2 To Prepare and evaluate the Job Analysis and Prepare Job Description, Specification according to Organization Design and Strategy

3 To Manage the Policies, Payroll, Compliances etc.

4 To Manage the Organization’s wellness habits, prevent and nurture the culture of
the organization

5 To Manage Employee Grievance activity and solve them amicably

6 Documentation and Maintenance of reports

7 KRA/ KPI recording and performance management system handling

8 Coordination and query resolution of employees

9 To be Custodian of SOPs of the department and help other team

10 To conduct weekly, Monthly Meetings

11 To look over Housekeeping and orderliness of the all premises

12 To develop new ideas and execute them as and when needed in the organization

1 Education

P(i) MBA / MSW (HRDM)

P(ii) BBA

2 Experience

Min 2-5 Years, (Service Industry experience preferred)

3 Skills

Team management, Compliances, Human Behaviour Analytics, Training Delivery Etc.

4 IT Skills

Good command on Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, PPT

5 Managerial Skills and Interpersonal

Negotiation Skill, Good Communication Skills, Coordination Skill, Self Motivated, Ability to handle Team

6 Other Working Condition

Extended working hours during the season time

7 Salary (CTC)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
