Responsibilities of the Citizen Engagement Associate:

Ø Set up the Driver Sensitization Tab – Lab in the designated Regional Transport Office/Vehicle Testing facility

Ø Ability to manage a team of 2 people

Ø To be tech savvy by managing 5 – 10 tablet devices at the same time

Ø Travel extensively in their geographical region to partner with relevant organizations and coordinate with their POCs to schedule & organize the short behavioral change workshop (Including the Online Course) on Anti-Drink & Driving.

Ø Liason with the SPOC of the designated Regional Transport Office/Vehicle Testing facility for seamlessly conducting the Workshops and maintain good relations for long term partnerships

Ø Nudge and mobilize the drivers to take part in the Behavioural Change Workshop and Organize them in batches

Ø Ensure all the Tablet devices are well functioned and maintained properly

Ø Ensuring the completion of online course by the target audience while engaging with them

Ø Ensure delivery of projects deliverables on time and in exemplary quality

Ø Record the data of the participants and assist the participants in Pre & Post Behavioural change assessments

Ø Performs other duties as assigned by the senior team members

Mandatory requirements:

· The applicant should be fluent in Hindi with Written, Spoken and Reading ability

· The applicant should have prior experience in Social Development projects or in relevant settings such as Teaching/Counselling

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹260,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
