Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for build up your team by using your self-network
- You have to train and motivate them for sales
- You have to organize sales visit for business development
- Develop your team member for more business
- Managing monthly and weekly meetings for discuss about plans to achieve the target
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation with good communication skill and open market knowledge
- Need min.2 years’ experience in any sales and marketing
- Ability to train and guide the sales team
- Local candidate with good local network
