The job role requires to handle a big team size for Collections and Recoveries.The role requires achievement of the principal collection targets.Preparation of Reports and smooth functioning of all the activities related to the specific process. The candidate should posess required work experience in the same industry.Positive CIBIL SCORE and a good knowledge of data analysis is a must.The key responsibilities are 1)Handling a Large team size 2)Delivering Collection Numbers 3)Ensuring Compliance Parameters are met 4)Preparation and analysis of Reports 5) Ensuring retention and growth of team members.

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
