Web developer with knowledge in all stages of software development and production; who is:

– Involved in building very challenging scalable applications to handle a lot of data and many I/O events.

– Responsible for bringing ideas and best practices

– Go Getter who accepts the challenges, rolls up the sleeve, self-learn and carries out the implementation.

Technical Skills:

1. Minimum experience required: 3+ years

2. Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals such as prototype inheritance, composition etc.

3. Experience with

a. JS libraries and frameworks like Angular.js, Node.js, ReactJS, ExtJS, Backbone.js

b. Full stack web development

c. Strong working knowledge on JavaScript and ES6

d. Working experience with RDBMS, Mongo, ElasticSearch.

e. Responsive design for desktop/mobile

f. Experience in building and supporting high-performance applications

4. Good understanding of

a. Asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

b. Cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues

c. Browser rendering behavior and performance

d. Web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

e. CSS compiler knowledge (E.g., Sass, Less) will be an add-on

f. Data structures and algorithms.

g. Must have integrated third-party services.

h. Should have worked on Kubernetes and Docker, dockerize any NodeJS app and understands CI CD pipelines.

i. Strong knowledge on Progressive Web Apps, AMP.

j. A sound understanding of HTTP/2 and REST-style web services

k. Most importantly has a lot of fun building products, solving problem and being a part of a team

e. Experience managing and/or mentoring junior developers

6. Functional Responsibilities:

a. Understand the customer business / product requirements

b. Take ownership of deliverables / products(s)

c. keep a keen eye out for bugs that might arise, ardently resolve them; make feature additions to deliverables and product; or sometimes, when you’re feeling ambitious – rewrite the whole product from scratch!

d. Collaborate with Product Designers, Front-End Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products

e. Write reusable code and build libraries for future use

f. Ensure the technical feasibility of applications from the user point of view

g. Optimize application for security and scalability

h. Build product deployment pipelines, define and implement deployment strategy

i. Develop and write APIs, documentations and visualize usage

j. Build and scale the infrastructure as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
