Urgent hiring for Adjunct Faculty (AF)
Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA in the relevant field of study

Brief:

We are looking for a proactive Adjunct Faculty to join us. The adjunct faculty responsibilities include assisting,moderating, mentoring, supporting, and guiding the students in the emerging technologies, delivered at our center through a blended learning methodology, as also understanding students’ needs, motivating them, and ensuring a disciplined learning environment in the lab.To be successful as an adjunct professor, you should review/prepare/assess assessments that enrich and challenge students.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting, moderating, mentoring, supporting, and guiding the students
• Creating a classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and learning
• Preparing students for assessments and providing helpful performance feedback
• Providing extra support to students who require it and scheduling consultation times where questions and

concerns can be voiced

• Answering students’ questions and providing feedback on assignments or quizzes

Skills:

• Fluent in written and verbal English, as also in the local language, with an ability to express thoughts

succinctly

• Graduate/Master’s/Diploma in the relevant academic field
• Experience as a university/institute TA or similar
• Superb interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• Patience, understanding, and empathy
• Good analytical and organizational skills

Fairly good appreciation and understanding of one or more of the Following emerging technologies:
Full Stack Web Development | Cloud and DevOps | Data Science | Cybersecurity | Mobile App Development | Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Part-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
