• Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social. In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by the University.
• Provide comprehensive counseling to the prospect.
• Working with telephony and Google Sheets systems
• Any other work/responsibility as assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
