Profile

• Team management and retention

• Student servicing and operations

• Monitor batch occupancy for the center

• Coordinate with regional teams

• Making product wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same

• Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory

• Ensure revenue targets are met for the center

• To handle ATL , BTL , Institutional Sales function for the territory

• To strengthen the company’s reach in the assigned market

• Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development

• To network with Institutions and key decision makers

• To generate walk -ins within branch

• Promote test prep products & services in the target market and generate revenue

• To establish and maintain the company’s presence in target markets , including top schools , colleges , tuition centres , other educational centres , associations , clubs , industry associations etc

• Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.

Salary : Rs 16,583

Education : MBA / MCA

Experience : 3 to 6 Years of Experience

Skills: Communication Skills, Planning & Team Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹11,612.11 – ₹16,583.00 per month
