To market knowledge of Personal Loan product and its application by designing marketing and product level initiatives so as to facilitate performance of product.
Responsibilities:
Network and establish relationships with the objective of facilitating fruitful tie-ups.
Facilitate system and process automation projects from a product perspective.
Share analytics to improve productivity and effectiveness of processes and business
Liaision with regional teams to take up improvement actions.
Develop and modify product and policies suitable to driving business targets by coordinating with sales, credit and risk team to capture inputs from the market.
Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs including designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns
Give inputs for website updation and share analytics to improve productivity and effectiveness of processes and business
Share analytics and competition with management to ensure profit making decisions are made.
Keep abreast of current market trends by conducting market research so as to design and introduce new products relevant to the market needs
Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
