POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resource executive will play a key role in ensuring that all the factory labour rules are followed and take initiatives in monitoring the attendance and productivity of employees. We are looking for an experienced person who is determined to work in a rural set up, meet hard deadlines and can handle stressful situations.
Job Responsibilities: Admin activities
1. Maintain Asset Register and ensure proper management of company assets.
2. Raise asset requisition to Head office.
3. Guest & Inter office employee travel / transportation / accommodation arrangements
4. Provide assistance in admin related activities in coordination with Head office.
HR Activities
1. On boarding to exit of workers
2. Maintaining employee file, monitor attendance, productivity of field workers and factory workers.
3. Ensure hindrance to factory operations due to labour issues or other community / other issues.
4. Ensure safety and health of all interested parties.
5. Attend to employee and worker grievances.
6. Create SOP’s for all HR processes
7. Enroll employees on PF and ESIC.
8. Liaison with statutory agencies. Ensure compliance to all statutory / mandatory requirements.
9. Develop training calendar, conduct trainings, maintain records.
10. Prepare periodic reports for review and improvement.
11. Work to implement management policies and requirement in all areas
Skills Required
1. Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi (Must). Proficient in other local vernaculars will be added advantage.
2. Proficient in Factories Act, other statutes
3. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
4. Inter-personal, negotiation and leadership skills
5. Quick in decision making with analytical and logical reasoning.
6. Proficient in MS Office / Excel and related tools
7. Statutory Compliances (including maintenance of registers)
8. Policy formulation and implementation
