Region head will lead the profit & loss for the region. This will be a 0-1 journey so he will be responsible for initial set-up, stabilizing the operations, expansion, and finally to achieve the region-level sales targets.
Initial set-up:
- Location identification for centers: Check the areas within the city having high student density and traffic
- Center finalization: Survey the area for commercial plots which can house 6-7 counselors. Negotiate on the commercials (rental/ deposit/ lock-in). Finalize the center location
- Coordinate with the central team for center branding
- Coordinate with local marketing agencies/ furniture shops for center branding
- Hire branding team leader, center managers, Event Manager, and Trainer along with central leadership
- Hire marketing executives, counselors, ops executives, and event executives along with local leadership
- Fix city numbers for lead generation, interested %, conversion %, and productivity
Stabilize operations:
- Decide upon the targets for all metrics along with central leadership
- Decide upon marketing and sales commission budgets along with central leadership
- Fix city numbers for lead generation, interested %, conversion %, branding area %, productivity
- Set-up marketing, branding, sales processes along with local team for smooth management
Expansion:
- Ideate with central leadership for expansion into other cities (bigger cities, nearby cities)
- Replicate the model from base city into expansion areas
Sales achievement:
- Hit all the numbers based on region plan and KRAs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have led operational set-ups from the ground up
- Must have managed a large team: 40+ people (direct and indirect)
- Has done sales before, and led sales teams before
- Has done lead sourcing before. Is aware of different channels to source leads offline
- Is aware of the different BTL branding/ awareness gen channels
- Must be seasoned enough to lead college tie-ups and give seminars as and when required
- Must have done the grind before
What is the culture like:
- Team will be 90% juniors
- Should be ok to work odd hours and travel extensively
- Should be able to work in unstructured environments
