Vedant Pay Hiring for Area Head (Marketing) Job at Rānchī

Experience : Minimum 2 years Marketing Management Experience (needed)

Nature of Work :

· Facilitate in identifying the suitable locations for Vedant Pay Partners business setup. Provide guidance and support to Cluster Head / Sales Head regarding sales & business development. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of business on the whole.

· Monitor smooth functioning of the Vedant Pay Partners business. Provide businesses and cluster head / sales head with Promotional or Marketing materials or any other requirements down the line.

· Report / escalate the issues (functional & technical) to head office & resolve it within stipulated time.

· Identify the training needs of Vedant Pay Partners business.

· Plan and coordinate training of Cluster Head / Sales Head / Vedant Pay Partners in assigned Area.

· To manage sales and business objective of the cluster, meeting or exceeding key targets

· To ensure achievement of Vedant Pay Business targets

· To plan resource allocation and be responsible for financial viability of the cluster.

Eligibility :

Graduate (BA, B.Com, MBA preferred) with at least 4 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on Marketing Management. Experience of handling big team would be added advantage. Must have computer knowledge – MS Excel and Basic Data Analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
