Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum Graduate in any degree
  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Process Trainer in BPO
  • In-depth knowledge of training performance metrics
  • Good PC Skills ,especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organization & Management Skills
  • Decision – Making Skills
  • Qualities of a good leader include integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, resilience, vision, influence, and positivity
