Educational Qualifications : – UG / PG (In any specialization

Gender : – Both

Experience : – 1 to 5 years

Skills & Requirements : –  Experience in working at district regional level in any of the Government or NGO.  Preferable if more than two years in the field with strong understanding on needs of elders.  Fresher are also welcome if found bright for not more than 25% of positions.  Knowledge of computer and internet  Excellent people skills.  Empathy.  Listening skills.  Patient and politeness with elders.  Relationship and rapport building.  Ability to liaise with various departments of Government and NGOs.  Closure orientation.  Coordination skills.  Fluency in English/Hindi and local language with excellent verbal and writing skills.

Work ResponsibilitiesField Response Officer will be located in districts or key locations of state as identified.  Responsible for handling field operations and service requests assigned by the connect center.  Coordinating with resources / partners, working closely with all the stakeholders.  Ensuring timely resolution of grievances or closure of service requests.  The field response officers will also connect with all the partners and civil society institutions on the ground.  Collecting data and information related to Sr. citizenand NHSC project.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
