Job Responsibilities: –

• Achieve target for a center by guiding mobilization, training delivery, placement, post-placement tracking, and MIS.
• Passionate members for reaching out to youth in the region, sensitizing them about vocational skills programs being offered, inspiring them to acquire new skills, and enrolling them into relevant programs.
• Identifying employment demand, establishing linkages with employers for various sectors, and providing employment opportunities to skilled youth.
• Individuals with relevant industry experience having flair for training in sectors like manufacturing, engineering, construction, health, services (retail/ hospitality, etc), IT/ ITES, English, and life skills to empower the youth by effectively delivering skills development programs.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Proactively develop and engage in marketing campaigns & oversee marketing operations.
• Generate leads through advertisements campaign.

• Counselling the candidates/students to enroll for the career driven course.

• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop candidate/student relationships.

• Run social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.

Location: – Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.
