“Accountant / Taxation & Admin”

Our Client is a heritage restoration and conservation firm and involved in various projects of Govt. department and PSU. It is a LLP incorporated in Jan 2014 at Delhi. We are working decentralized in various restoration projects of heritage buildings at Indore, Gwalior, Ahmedabad, Ranchi, and

Chennai. In order support the primary business processes, we are looking for “Accountant /

Taxation & Admin” at INDORE

Tasks and responsibilities:

ACCOUNTING / TAXATION:

  • Handling books of Accounts of Pvt Ltd and LLP.
  • Maintain books of accounts using Online Accounting Software – QuickBooks (Preferred)
  • Ledgers Entry / Expenses Entry in accounting software QuickBooks.
  • Migration of manual entered Accounting Data to QuickBooks online
  • Pre-Reconciliation of accounts on daily basis.
  • Managing and Handling all GST related work & GSTR Filing
  • Should be working in virtual office or in any Project Site.
  • Managing following task for each project location

– Vendor/ Supplier Account Tracking

– Managing Payroll of Employee & Staff

– Maintaining Accounts of Sub-contractor / Local Worker / Skilled Team.

– Payment processing of Vendors / Subcontractor / Local Worker / Skilled Team.

– Asset Managing & Tracking.

– Collection of GST Bills from local supplier and reconcile with GSTR-2

– Tracking of Petty Cash / Cash Advance at each site

EPF / ESIC:

  • Co-coordinating with EPF & ESIC External Consultant
  • Managing of EPF / ESIC of Employees / Worker / Subcontractors
  • Online filling of EPF / ESIC Returns and Timely remittance of monthly statutory contributions
  • Maintaining all Register required for ESIC and EPF
  • Maintaining Labor Contract Compliance: ( if required )
  • Payroll Processing

Qualification /Requirements:

  • We are looking for MBA/ BBA/ M.Com/ B.com / 3 years of Articleship under CA.
  • Having min 5 Experience in Accounting / Taxation / Compliances of construction firm.
  • Sound Knowledge of Cost Center accounting, Project Budgeting and Variance Analysis.
  • Able to perform independently and professionally.
  • Should be having knowledge in taxation matters, statutory compliances
  • Good Knowledge of Accounting, TDS, GST, Income tax, all taxation and ROC

compliance

  • Have Knowledge of EPF & ESIC Compliances, Labor Contract Compliance and

Establishment Compliance, payroll processing.

  • Good Knowledge of Accounting Software- Tally is mandatory.
  • QuickBooks / or other online accounting software exposure is a distinct advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot).
  • Highly motivated, self-initiative, Dedication & Commitment at work
  • MUST be well organized and structured in the work.
