Goals & Deliverables:

  • Generate 6-8 quality prospects a day, schedule about 2 demos per day within assigned territory & business verticals.
  • Run minimum 1 campaign each day to reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects from them.
  • Meet existing customers in the area you are doing demand generation and get minimum 1 reference per customer per day.
  • Generate 2 partner lead per day when you come across hardware vendors, POS Machine Dealer,Software Salers and other relevant vendors in the market you are working.
  • Continuously improving the lead to prospect ratio, the prospect to demo ratio, prospect to decision ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month on month basis
  • Making every prospect experience the product and continuously improving the number of apps / applications experienced per prospect on a month on month basis. Daily 2 trail installation of desktop solutions are expected.
  • Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements

  • You value your time, love to plan your tasks for the next day, measure your plan vs achievement each day and honestly share your experience, feedback, challenges, learning and emotions for the day in your daily report
  • You analyze your results achieved against the plan and target to identify areas of improvements and seek guidance on them
  • You believe in taking baby steps towards success, enjoy learning by doing and believe in building a strong network both in the market and within the company to take collaborate at the right time for success
  • You understand the current market opportunities and the competitors strengths and weakness to collaborate with others in the team to customize your engagement strategy to maximize the win in the market
  • You strongly believe domain, business and product knowledge and skill contribute to success and enjoy learning small modules in the product each day
  • You love sharing your success and your learning not only with the area/regional team you work with but also with others as appropriate

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
