What will you work on:
- Consumer Insights responsible for beverage in Lab Sur Brazil, R. Dominican & Panama countries
- Represent consumer voice in the business decision making guarantying identification of opportunities for the business both in the short & long term
- Lead Insights agenda, anticipating key questions, influence business decisions at franchise and bottler level
- Define Insights Agenda
- Recommend projects & defend Budget
- Handle external vendors to implement consumer research and control costs.
- Develop team members
- Negotiate with suppliers’ services, budget and contracts
- Function as consumer advocate to represent customer’s voice in business decisions
- Guaranty use of information in terms of opportunities findings
- Lead performance agenda
- Recommend best courses of action in both strategic research planning and shrot term decisions
- Organize primary research through standard methods or emerging digital methods.
- Evangelize consumer point of view across projects and departments.
- Compile and implement research schedule to enable business growth.
- Prepare Consumer Insights documents focusing on learning at strategic level.
- Produce ad hoc analysis around consumer behavior
- Obtain and communicate data to track business performance.

- Experience in Consumer Insights & other commercial areas
- Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills
- Strong drive for results, initiative, and proactive skills
- Comfortable working across diverse and international cultures
- Strong team player with inter-personal and inter-cultural sensitivity, able to work well across functions, reporting lines and geographies.
- English: Advanced level
- Portuguese: Required
- Spanish: Preferred
