Experience: 2-3 years experience required in Team Handling in Loans Sector.
Qualification: Any Graduate /Post Graduate

JOB ROLE
· Manage a team of RO/RM by driving business agendas and support activities required to facilitate business
· Generate business from open market with team and individual.
· Should be able to manage overall responsibilities including customer expectations, identifying new business markets and recording customer requirements
· Resolving Customer issues and queries
· Maintaining customer relationship and cross selling to existing customers
· Responsible for overall targets of the team as structured in the team’s KRA along with net Revenue generated by self and team.
Skills: –
· Able to handle team of RO/RM.
· Ability to recruit team as and when required.
· Managing team of 4-10 RO/RM
· Good Team management and engagement skills.
· Mentoring and motivating team.
· Achieving daily and monthly set targets.
· Generating revenue.
· Coordinating with another department as and when required
· Sharing feedback about product and process gap.
· Providing them training and guidance for process.
