Job description :
- Achieving the given business targets through effectively managing the primary network and secondary network.
- Appointing Distributors in vacant areas and increasing the share of existing distributors by expansion and extraction in the secondary network
- Meet customers as per call cycle plan
- Collect market information, collect competitor’s data, analyzing the same
- Execution of sales strategies and doing BTL sales promotional activities.
- Payment collection.
- Coordination with C&F timely dispatches.
- Conducting product awareness campaigns, service campaigns, training sessions for dealer’s technicians at the dealer’s end.
Ideal Background:
Qualification (minimum/desirable): A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any stream/MBA.
Experience: 2-7 years of experience.
Age: less than 29.
Technical Skills:
- Willingness to go beyond the challenges and meet the deadlines with a go-getter attitude
- Possesses good communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned Territory.
